@@PPSChadwick actually I wasn’t doing anything specific for strengthening - mostly avoiding anything that made it painful and just wearing the wrist widget most of the time which healed it to like 80-90%. Yeah let me know how it goes - important to use the right dosage and up to 5x/week with days off I believe.

Hey thanks for visiting, I'm pretty sure it isn't through my own testing of using the device for various injuries, there's also a bunch of research you can find out about this kind of therapy - encourage you to do your own research. (I included a link to some of the earlier research I found online in the description. There are also many other brands that make such devices. . this is just the first one I was exposed to - I just happened to be in the same city they were made so grabbed this one, which is quite convenient to use especially on larger body part areas.

@@MarioCalzadaMusic 2 good places - A - the link shared in the description - bit.ly/3iZnUy7 on the flexbeam website there is a tab for scientific studies - click there they have a bunch of links to check out , other than that I just googled red light therapy studies :) oh one other thing that convinced me it worked, was once i had pain in both my calves from running, then one day I only treated one side and forgot to treat the other side, the next day, there was a noticiable difference between the discomfort / pain i experienced. Good luck! - also check out the wrist widget if you haven't already.

@@DerrickSiu Any YT Channel that wants to remind us of their continuously growing impact, e.g. Ocean Conservation Namibia (OCN) could maintain a count of all the Seal Rescues that they have done this year. In an election year we can think of many ‘accumulators’ such as $$$ raised over some time period. Of course, any counter could be made to count down as well, like the counters displayed in the TV Series “The 3 Body Problem”. ### List of Critiques **1. Daddy Issues** **2. Attention-Seeking Behavior** **3. Compulsive Disorder** **4. Compulsive Lying** **5. Self-Centered Conversations** --- 1. **Daddy Issues**: Using your unresolved issues to justify behavior is a form of deflection. It prevents you from taking responsibility for your actions and moving forward. You need to address these issues head-on, possibly with professional help, rather than letting them define you. 2. **Attention-Seeking Behavior**: Constantly seeking attention makes interactions superficial and self-centered, alienating people and undermining genuine connections. Strive for balance by developing self-esteem, finding value in yourself beyond others' validation, and showing genuine interest in others. 3. **Compulsive Disorder**: Compulsions can be debilitating, but using them as an excuse for irresponsible behavior isn't acceptable. Seek proper treatment and coping mechanisms to manage your compulsions more effectively. 4. **Compulsive Lying**: Lying, whether compulsive or not, destroys trust. It's a damaging behavior that requires immediate attention. Address this with professional help to build more honest and trustworthy relationships. 5. **Self-Centered Conversations**: Dominating conversations with talk about yourself is off-putting. It makes you seem uninterested in others. Practice active listening and show genuine curiosity about others' lives.
